I have a tip for all those who scroll trough the thinspo tag as often as I do.
Workout while doing it!
You can do this by doing a something every time you see a type of thinspo, for example:
⭐ picture of legs = 10 squads
⭐ picture of an upper body = 10 sit ups
⭐ picture of collar bones= 10 burpees
⭐ picture of arms = 10 mountain climbers
⭐ full body picture = 20s plank
⭐ quote = 5 push ups
⭐ reasons to stay motivated = 10 lunges
⭐ diet tips/ rules = 10 leg raises
⭐ something else = 10 jumping jacks
I do recommend you make your own list because you probably don’t like the same workout as I do.

First 6 hours of not eating: your body is using up sugar (glucose) from food. After the 6hrs past…
12hr-72hr mark: your body uses fat as energy, making you thinner.
(It’s not safe to go past 72hrs, but if you do and need to repeat, stick to small amounts of sugary foods).
So, you’re only at 5 hours and you want to break your fast? It’ll be for nothing then.
Never ignore. Never forget.
since you’re going to get skinny you should probably adjust a few things about your personality while you’re at it.
1) grades: get good grades, your new thin body deserves more than a mcdonald’s uniform, give yourself a chance to get a good job.
2) interactions: go out with friends (and make some more while you’re at it!). don’t waste your time refreshing your feed, go out and live.
3) mood: you can have bad days, it’s normal. however, don’t let those bad days lead to bad weeks. control yourself.
4) medication: if you have meds TAKE THEM. you were given them for a reason. (even if a possible side effect is weight gain, you’ll be fine!)
5) school: complement someone once a day or more, sit with the new kid, don’t back down but don’t be rude, be who you want to be, ana is all about improvement!

- sharp, defined cheekbones. no need to wear makeup anymore, you look just as good without it as you do with it.
- beautifully angular shoulders. clothes hang perfectly on your tiny, elegant body
- thighs the size of your calves. only your knees touch when you walk.
- jutting hipbones. they are visible even when you wear skinny jeans
- look good in everything. literally. everything. skinny jeans, sweatpants, crop tops, oversized t-shirts. you name it, it looks like it was made for you.
does this sound good to you? do you want to be as skinny as a runway model? then act like one.
- eat small portions. models never eat more than what fits in the size of the palm of their hand. this is to stave off bloating.
- limit the amount of carbs you eat. for every 1 gram of carbs you eat, 4 grams of water is held in your body. that adds unnecessary water weight and bloating.
- A quote from an agency to a model “Eat fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch and salad for dinner.” As cruel as it sounds, agencies want you to be stick thin. Why? because everyone envies and wants to be thin. Agencies know what works, as they’ve trained many prestigious models to be more marketable.
- Liquid fast until 4pm, every day. During the day, you have to be in the public eye and/or attend castings and photoshoots. You cannot be bloated. If you eat at 4pm, you’ve burned fat all day long instead of calories and you now have the nighttime and while you sleep to burn off your dinner.
- The average intake of models (specifically runway) is 500-600 calories. this has been proven by many models themselves.
- Most models have very limited foods allowed in their typical diets. Most only allow; egg whites, veggies, apples, diet coke, coffee, tea, protein bars, green smoothies/juices, oatmeal and yogurt.
- Models never binge, because they don’t want to compromise their job for a slice of pizza. They have their priorities in check.
From now on I’m deadass gonna pretend I’m a model. Like really. Like try to convince myself if I binge I’ll lose my job and my income and I’ll become homeless. My life depends on starving.
Work out first thing in the morning before you eat
You will be burning a maximum amount of fat then

Imagine:
Your thin fingers wrapped around a warm mug of tea as you look out of the frosted window beside you.
Going to family events knowing you look amazing and receiving compliments from aunties/cousins.
Going shopping for a New Years Eve outfit and being spoilt for choice because everything looks amazing on you.
Attending Christmas parties with no anxiety over your appearance because you’ve reached your GW and you know you look incredible.
Your family and friends admiring how you carry on exercising even when it’s cold and raining outside.
Taking hot candlelit baths in the evening and feeling completely comfortable with your body as you slip into the warm, soapy water.
Looking like a little china doll when you come back from a walk outside because your cheeks are flushed from the cold.
Watching everybody gorge themselves as the Christmas season approaches whilst you stay in control and delicately eat your tiny portions.
